Which Road Ranger® hardtops fit on the Volkswagen?

Road Ranger® offers 16 hardtop products for the Volkswagen via 5 generations (Baujahr 2023+, Baujahr ab 2016+ (V6), Baujahr ab 2010). Available models: BacPac, L-Top, Premium BackPack, RH1, RH3, RH4, RH5, ROCKALU III, Ratio Top, Vario Top.

Does the Volkswagen hardtop have an ABE?

Yes - every Road Ranger® hardtop for the Volkswagen is supplied with a general operating licence (ABE). No individual TÜV approval, no registration in the vehicle documents necessary. The licence is valid throughout the EU.

Where are hardtops for the Volkswagen manufactured?

All Volkswagen hardtops are manufactured in our ISO 9001-certified production facility in Europe - predominantly at our plant in Poland - using the LRTM (Light Resin Transfer Moulding) process for GRP constructions.

What warranty applies to a Volkswagen hardtop?

Road Ranger® offers a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship for Volkswagen hardtops from the date of first registration. Warranty registration via our website or your authorised dealer is required.

We offer model variants for all generations and cabin versions of the Amarok. The RH5 in aluminum fits seamlessly into the premium appearance. The RH4 in fiberglass sets its own accents. All models with ABE and additionally with UBB — the safety certificate from Volkswagen. The PremiumPartner award means: Our hardtops undergo the quality tests that Volkswagen specifies for accessory partners. This isn’t a marketing label — this is a standard we live up to every time we build. From the LRTM production in Ostróda to the ABE to the UBB: With the Amarok we leave nothing to chance. The fact that this partnership began with the VW Taro and continues today with the Amarok shows that some business relationships last for vehicle generations because the quality is right.
