(3) This Privacy Policy applies to the website and the services offered by Dr. Höhn GmbH, but not to other websites that the user may visit via links. Please refer to the privacy policies of the respective rights holders of those websites. In particular, we refer to the privacy policy of Google Inc. for the use of the integrated Google Maps mapping service.
(4) Privacy Policy for the use of Facebook plugins
Our pages include plugins of the social network Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. You can recognise Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button on our page. An overview of Facebook plugins can be found at: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our page with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. For more information, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at de-de.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not wish Facebook to be able to associate the visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.
(5) Privacy Policy for the use of Google Maps
We use the "Google Maps" component on our website. "Google Maps" is a service provided by Google Inc. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google". Each time this component is accessed, Google sets a cookie in order to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the "Google Maps" component is integrated. This cookie is generally not deleted by closing the browser but expires after a certain time, unless you manually delete it beforehand. If you do not agree with this processing of your data, you have the option of deactivating the "Google Maps" service and thus preventing data from being transmitted to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the JavaScript function in your browser. However, we point out that you will then not be able to use "Google Maps" or only to a limited extent. The use of "Google Maps" and the information obtained through "Google Maps" is governed by Google's Terms of Use and the additional terms and conditions for "Google Maps".
(6) When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context after storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

§ 3 Collection of Personal Data when Visiting our Website
(1) When using the website for purely informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
This concerns the following data:
(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.
d) You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. Please note that you may not be able to use all features of this website.
e) We use cookies to identify you for subsequent visits if you have an account with us. Otherwise, you would have to log in again for each visit.
f) This website uses the open-source web analytics service Matomo. Matomo uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the website. For this purpose, the information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymised before storage.
