(1) This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics is only activated after your consent via our cookie banner (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG).

(2) Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze website usage. We use Google Analytics with the "anonymize_ip" extension, so IP addresses are only processed in truncated form.

(3) Information generated by cookies about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the EU. Transfer to the USA cannot be excluded. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

§ 6 YouTube Videos

(1) On some pages we embed videos from YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited. We use the enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

(2) Videos are only loaded after you actively click "Load video" (2-click solution). Only then is a connection to YouTube servers established. YouTube will be informed which page you visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube may associate your browsing behavior with your profile.

§ 7 Payment Service Provider — PayPal

(1) For payments via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. The data required for payment processing (name, address, order amount, email address) will be transmitted to PayPal.

(2) Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract). The PayPal SDK is only loaded on the payment page.

§ 8 Contact Form

(1) When using our contact form, the data you provide (first name, last name, email address, optionally company, phone, message) will be stored to process your inquiry. Data is processed in our internal ticket system (Redmine, hosted on Dr. Höhn GmbH servers in Germany).

(2) Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

(3) Data will be deleted once storage is no longer necessary, or processing will be restricted if statutory retention obligations apply.

§ 9 Use of Artificial Intelligence

(1) To process customer inquiries, we use AI-assisted systems that help us analyze and respond to your inquiries. Your inquiry data (e.g., name, email address, inquiry content) is transmitted to our service provider Anthropic PBC, 548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA.

(2) The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Anthropic processes your data exclusively on our behalf and not for its own purposes such as training AI models.

(3) A final decision on responding to your inquiry is always made by our employees. AI systems only create drafts that are reviewed and adjusted by our team. There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

(5) Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer service) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and contract performance).

(6) You have the right to object to AI-assisted processing of your inquiry. In this case, your inquiry will be processed exclusively by our employees without AI support. Please send your objection to: datenschutz@hoehn.de

§ 10 Customer Account and Orders

(1) When registering a customer account and placing orders, we collect the following data: name, email address, postal address, company (if applicable), phone, vehicle data. This data is processed for contract performance and customer service (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

(2) Your authentication token is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and deleted upon logout.

(3) For logged-in customers, we collect anonymized usage events (e.g., page views, configurator usage) on our own server to improve our services (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No data is transmitted to third parties.

§ 11 Objection or Withdrawal

(1) If you have given consent for the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time. Such withdrawal affects the admissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have expressed it to us.

(2) Where we base the processing of your personal data on a balancing of interests, you may object to the processing.
