Hardtop

Maximum weather-protected volume

A hardtop is a fixed body solution that completely encloses the load compartment and protrudes well over the edge of the vehicle.

Fully-fledged storage space for bulky loads, camping, tools
Tailgate and rear window can be opened fully
Ideal base for roof racks, roof tent and load transport

Sportcover (tonneau cover)

Original pickup look, full platform depth

A Sportcover lies flat on the edge and retains the original pick-up line. Available as a fixed aluminium, folding and soft cover variant.

Strengths

Original pickup look is retained
Full depth of the loading area can be utilised - no fittings
Low additional weight
Lowest entry-level price of the three systems

What you need to be prepared for

Weather-protected volume ends at the height of the board edge
High or bulky loads do not fit underneath
Not suitable for roof rack superstructures

Rollcover

Can be opened while travelling

A Rollcover is a roll-up flat cover. When closed, it lies flat on the edge of the vehicle and rolls back into a box at the front when required - even while travelling.

Strengths

Flexible: open or closed in seconds
Full loading height upwards again when open (then unprotected)
Visually close to the original pickup look
Manual and electric versions available

What you need to be prepared for

Weather-protected volume only up to the edge of the shelf
Rolling box reduces the usable depth of the loading area
Mechanics require some maintenance
