Manufacturer Warranty
Our manufacturer warranty begins with the purchase and registration of our product by you as an end user. Should damage or malfunctions occur during the warranty period that are not caused by misuse, please contact us.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage from improper installation, accidents, or wear is excluded.
Report a Warranty Claim
For warranty claims, contact us directly or your Road Ranger® dealer. Have your proof of purchase and product data (type plate) ready.
Where can I find my type plate?
The serial number and version number of your hardtop can be found on the type plate — usually located on the inside of the tailgate. The same data is also in the ABE and warranty booklet.
