With a low item weight of only 35 to 45 kg this aluminium cover with channelled sheet surface is a real lightweight. This does not just save energy, but facilitates handling significantly. Thanks to the quick closure mechanism, removing the lid is just child’s play and done within minutes. Can be locked via the central locking system inc. the regular vehicle tailgate. Thanks to the new clamping system first assembly only takes about 60 minutes. Cross members can be attached onto the circumferential c rail, in order to transport accessories such as bicycle carriers, skis, etc. In addition there is the possibility to add slot nuts to secure goods onto the surface of the cover. The highlight is the combination of this cover with a styling bar, through which, despite the additional weight, no disadvantage occurs during opening and closing of the cover. This is the first cover with a flap for which the clamp, through the help of a specifically developed system of hinges, folds up on the cover.
