ROAD RANGER Canopy for the Mercedes X Class

In 2017, the next German pick-up truck will enter the stage, this time with a star. However, the Mercedes-Benz 470 series better known as the X-Class shares the technology with the Nissan Navara and is therefore not a purely German development. The X-Class is sold in Germany in three different equipment lines (Line Pure, Line Progressive, Line Power). We refine the X-Class with one of our most beautiful Canopies, the RH5.

We equip the Mercedes X-Class with our latest hardtop generation, the RH5. Thanks to its vertical tailgate, it has an optimal balance between appealing design in cabin roof height and loading volume. Furthermore, the RH5 has a large number of options that leave nothing to be desired in terms of functionality. With this scope, the X-Class is ideally suited to the requirements of both the commercial and private sectors.

Expansion variants:

  • Closed at the side without flaps or windows at the side.
  • Side glass panes which are tinted and completely closed.
  • Side plastic flaps which can be unlocked via a separate radio remote control.
  • Side glass flaps which can also be unlocked via a separate radio remote control.

Tailgates:

  • Glass tailgate in plastic frame with integrated window heater. The plastic frame ensures better stability of the tailgate.
  • Plastic tailgate without window heater
  • Both variants are locked and unlocked via the vehicle's central locking system.

interior:

  • LED interior lighting with three functions (automatic on and off, permanent on, permanent off)
  • Fireproof carpet surface
  • Fixing of the hardtop by low-maintenance metal clips

optional equipment:

  • Roof railing system via aluminium system rails with crossbars
  • Static roof ventilator (air supply only while driving)
  • Electronic roof ventilator (with intake and exhaust function even when stationary)
  • Working lights for additional illumination from the rear of the vehicle
  • 12V socket e.g. for charging batteries or other electronic devices
