With experience in the construction of motorhomes, as an original equipment manufacturer for the automotive industry and aspremium partner of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles we have continuously grown to meet the requirements of our customers. Our great strength is the individualization of theHardtops to the needs of each customer. Therefore our ROAD RANGER®Hardtops are perfectly suited for commercial, leisure and private use.
Additional accessories from the product groups: Offroad, Load space organization, Load space covers und Stylingparts complete our range of accessories. We offer this comprehensive selection of accessories for all common pick-up vehicles such as the VW Amarok, Ford Ranger, Nissan Navara, Mitsubishi L200 and the Isuzu D-Max, to name only the most important ones.
Since we as a manufacturer have our own production facilities, we are also able to realize larger orders for tenders and fleets individually.
PRODUCTION
Dr. Höhn SP.zo.o. is a high-performance production and assembly line for ROAD RANGER® hardtops and other plastic products. Through direct cooperation with car manufacturers such as Mitsubishi and Nissan, an ISO 9001 certified quality assurance and control system was introduced early on.
THE PRODUCTION OF A HARDTOP GOES THROUGH FOUR STAGES,

LAMINATING
The hardtop is manufactured by hand laminate or LRTM technology in a mold. LRTM (Light Resin Transfer Molding) or also called injection molding, is a process in which the preheated molding compound is introduced into the mold through the injection cylinder. This gives the end product a particularly high-quality and uniform surface finish.
GRINDING & CUTTING
After the shell has hardened, it is removed from the mold and the surface is sanded down for painting. A cutting robot then cuts window openings and edges.
PAINTWORKING
All products are painted in car color. The mixing of the base coats and top coats is automated, only the painting itself is handmade.
ASSEMBLY
The last step in production is the assembly. Here windows, lights, interior carpets and other small components of a hardtop are brought together.
